This Privacy Policy explains how Taehwan Eom (엄태환) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use ClipFusion (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for account data. Payment data is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.

- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
- Usage data: actions performed, credits consumed, generation job records, timestamps, and technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
- Content data: images and prompts you upload or generate ("Input" and "Output"), stored so you can access your history.
- Payment data: processed by Paddle. We receive transaction metadata (order ID, amount, status) but do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Service (generate/edit media, maintain your credit balance and history).
- To process purchases and grant credits (via Paddle webhooks).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- To communicate service-related notices.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal compliance.
3. Third-Party Processors
We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
- AI model providers (e.g. fal.ai and the model vendors it routes to) — your Input is sent to generate Output. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
- Hosting/storage and infrastructure providers — to run the Service and store your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content (subject to legal retention requirements for transaction records).
5. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including by providers located in other jurisdictions. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
6. Your Rights
