Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipFusion (the "Service"), a web-based AI image and video editing workbench operated by Taehwan Eom (엄태환) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for all purchases. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
1. The Service
ClipFusion provides node-based tools to generate and edit images and videos using third-party AI models. Certain actions consume credits (see the Pricing page). Free local editing tools may be provided without credits.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase credits.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and Purchases
- Credits are a prepaid balance used to run paid AI operations. Credit packs are sold via Paddle.
- The credit cost of each operation is shown before you run it, whenever technically possible.
- Credits are consumed only on a successful operation. If an operation fails on our side or the model provider's side, the held credits are released back to your balance (no charge).
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and (except as required by law or our Refund Policy) are non-refundable once consumed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or generate content that:
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates any person;
- is sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise illegal;
- is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
- attempts to bypass content-safety filters of the underlying AI models.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Your Content and Ownership
- You retain ownership of images and materials you upload ("Input"), and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model licenses, of the outputs you generate ("Output").
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to your Input, including consent from any person depicted.
- You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and provide the Service.
6. Third-Party AI Models
Outputs are produced by third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any Output, and some requests may be rejected by a provider's content policy outside our control.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned pricing or credit-cost changes will be posted on the Pricing page.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us (via Paddle) in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
