Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases on ClipFusion (the "Service"). Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. To request a refund you may contact us or Paddle directly.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Unused Credits
If you purchased a credit pack and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits from that purchase are unused. We honour a minimum 30-day window where required by the payment provider (see §4).
2. Partially Used Credit Packs
If you have consumed part of a credit pack, we may, at our discretion, refund the pro-rated value of the unused credits from that purchase within the eligibility window. Consumed credits are non-refundable because the underlying AI processing cost has already been incurred.
3. Failed Operations
You are never charged for a failed operation. Credits are only deducted when an operation completes successfully. If an operation fails on our side or the model provider's side, the held credits are automatically returned to your balance. No refund request is needed for this.
4. Provider Guarantee
Where our Merchant of Record (Paddle) requires it, purchases are covered by at least a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. If our policy and the provider's policy differ, the more consumer-favourable term applies.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hwan4870a@gmail.com with your order ID (from your Paddle receipt) and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence (for EU/UK consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to digital purchases).
